• Free delivery for orders of €150 or more via Chronopost pickup points in mainland France ((based on the final cart value after discounts). Home delivery is not included in this offer.
During the Outlet (from 28 October to 1 November inclusive), our order preparation time may exceptionally be extended to 72 working hours due to high order volumes.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, delivery times may vary from 2 to 6 working days, depending on the carrier.
(2) RETURNS
• For orders shipped outside mainland France, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
• For orders placed during the Outlet (from 28 October to 1 November inclusive) and shipped to mainland France, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
• For orders placed outside the Outlet period (before 28 October or after 1 November) and shipped to mainland France, return shipping costs are free via Mondial Relay.
RETURN TIMEFRAME & INFORMATION
You have 15 calendar days from the date you receive your order at home or collect it from a collection point to return it.
All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and have all tags still attached.
