RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

For any return within the framework of the right of withdrawal, the procedure below must be followed in full:

The Customer must declare his return from the customer area under the heading MY ORDERS and attach the email received to the package. No return can be accepted without this document.
Products must be returned in their original packaging, with their label and any accessories, in perfect condition to :

- For orders placed outside metropolitan France, the return shipping costs are at your responsability.

- For orders placed during the Outlet and from metropolitan France, the return shipping costs are at your responsability.

- For orders placed outside the Outlet period and from metropolitan France, the return shipping costs are free of charge by Mondial Relay pick-up point.

Subject to the above conditions, The OZ will reimburse the Customer for the amount of the order including VAT (price of the Product and delivery costs). The Customer's bank account will be credited with the said amount within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the Products by The OZ.
