RETURNS
For orders placed during the Winter Outlet, from December 6 to 10, 2023 included, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
For orders placed outside the Winter Outlet period:
- Outside metropolitan France: you are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Metropolitan France: returns are free of charge, by Mondial Relay pick-up point only.
TIME LIMIT FOR RETURNS
For orders placed between 02/12/23 and 19/12/23: benefit from an extended return period until 09/01/24.
For orders placed between 15/11/23 and 01/12/23: you have 45 working days from the date of receipt of your order at home or its withdrawal in relay point.
For orders placed before 15/11/23: you have 15 working days from the date of receipt of your order at home or its withdrawal in relay point.
