To make your return request online, please enter your order number, made up of the letters DPEU and 6 digits (number present in your order confirmation email), as well as your email address.
You will then receive a return confirmation email.
This may be hidden in your spam folder and take several minutes to arrive.

The prepaid return label is not provided. You may use the carrier of your choice to ship the package to the address provided in the return confirmation email.
