• Free delivery for orders of €150 or more via Chronopost pickup points in mainland France ((based on the final cart value after discounts). Home delivery is not included in this offer.

Orders placed from Tuesday, July 28 at 1 PM to Monday, August 3 inclusive may experience a temporary extension of 5 business days in processing time. 

To better serve you, we are moving our collections to a new, larger and more efficient warehouse. This transition will help us improve the preparation and delivery of your orders in the long term.

• For orders shipped outside mainland France, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

• For orders shipped within mainland France and placed outside the Outlet period, return shipping costs are free via Mondial Relay.

• For orders shipped within mainland France and placed during the Outlet, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.


RETURN TIMEFRAME & INFORMATION

You have 15 calendar days from the date you receive your order at home or collect it from a collection point to return it.

All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and have all tags still attached.
