• For orders shipped outside mainland France, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
• For orders placed outside the Outlet period (before 27 May or after 1 June) and shipped within mainland France, return shipping costs are free via Mondial Relay.
• For orders placed during the Outlet (from 27 May to 1 June inclusive) and shipped within mainland France, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
RETURN TIMEFRAME & INFORMATION
You have 15 calendar days from the date you receive your order at home or collect it from a collection point to return it.
All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and have all tags still attached.
