DIGITAL CONTEST RULES

« DES PETITS HAUTS – 25 YEARS »

These rules define the terms and conditions for the organization and participation in the contest held by the company DES PETITS HAUTS (hereinafter “the Organizer”).

 

1. ORGANIZER

The contest is organized by:
DES PETITS HAUTS, a simplified joint-stock company (S.A.S) registered with the Lille Metropole Trade and Companies Register under number B 422 390 989, whose registered office is located at 34 A rue de la Ladrie, 59491 VILLENEUVE D'ASCQ; represented by François Mathieu in his capacity as President, duly authorized for the purposes hereof.

The Organizer reserves the right to modify, postpone, extend, shorten, or cancel the contest in the event of force majeure or circumstances beyond its control, without incurring liability.

 

2. CONTEST DURATION

The contest is accessible on the Organizer’s website from December 12 to December 21, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. (Paris time).

The draw will take place on December 22, 2025 at 10:00 a.m.
Winners will be contacted the same day, before 12:00 p.m., by email via the DES PETITS HAUTS customer service.

 

3. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

Participation is open to:

  • any natural person of legal age (18 years old at the date of participation),

  • residing in one of the countries served by the DES PETITS HAUTS website,
    (hereinafter “the Participants”).

Excluded from participation are:

  • minors,

  • employees of the Organizer, its partners, and anyone who took part in the organization of the contest, as well as their family members living in the same household,

  • persons residing outside the countries served by the website.

Participation is free and without obligation to purchase.

 

4. TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

To participate, users must:

  • access the form available on the DES PETITS HAUTS website;

  • complete the required information;

  • validate their entry.

Only one entry per person is allowed for the entire duration of the contest.

Any incomplete, incorrect, fraudulent entry or any entry submitted after the closing date will be considered void.

 

5. SELECTION OF WINNERS

A draw will be held on December 22, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. by the Organizer or any person appointed by them.

Three (3) Participants will be designated as winners, along with alternates if necessary.

Winners will be contacted by email via the DES PETITS HAUTS customer service on December 22, 2025 before 12:00 p.m.

If a winner does not reply within 7 days, the prize will be awarded to an alternate.

    Prizes cannot be exchanged or refunded, in whole or in part.
    In case of unavailability, the Organizer reserves the right to replace a prize with one of equivalent value.

     

    7. LIABILITY

    Participation in the contest implies full knowledge and acceptance of these rules.
    The Organizer cannot be held liable in the event of:

    • Internet network malfunction,

    • interruption, breakdown or malfunction of the website,

    • entries not received due to technical issues.

     

    8. PERSONAL DATA

    Data collected for the contest are processed by the Organizer in accordance with the GDPR.
    They are used exclusively for:

    • managing the contest,

    • informing the winners.

    Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, and objection at any time by writing to: serviceclient@despetitshauts.com

     

    9. ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES

    Participation in the contest implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules.

    The complete rules are available to Participants on the Organizer’s website and may be provided free of charge upon request.
