• Delivery costs are at your expense outside mainland France.
• Free delivery via Chronopost pick-up points in mainland France for orders over €150 (final cart, after discounts). Home delivery is not included in this offer.
During the Outlet, our order preparation time may exceptionally be extended to 72 working hours due to high volume of orders.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, delivery times may vary from 2 to 6 working days, depending on the carrier.
(2) RETURNS
• For orders shipped outside mainland France, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
• For orders placed during the Outlet (from 27 May to 1 June inclusive) and shipped within mainland France, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
• For orders placed outside the Outlet period (before 27 May or after 1 June) and shipped within mainland France, return shipping costs are free via Colissimo.
RETURN TIMEFRAME & INFORMATION
You have 15 calendar days from the date you receive your order at home or collect it from a collection point to return it.
All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and have all tags still attached.
