During the Outlet period (from May 28 to June 1, 2025 included), our preparation times may exceptionally be extended to 7 working days due to the high volume of orders.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, delivery times may vary from 2 to 3 working days, depending on your carrier.

- For orders placed outside metropolitan France, the return shipping costs are at your responsability.

- For orders placed during the Outlet (from May 28 to June 1, 2025 included) and from metropolitan France, the return shipping costs are at your responsability.

- For orders placed outside the Outlet period (before May 28 and after June 1, 2025) and from metropolitan France, the return shipping costs are free of charge by Mondial Relay pick-up point.

RETURN TIMEFRAME & INFORMATION

You have 15 business days from the date your order is delivered to your home or picked up at a collection point to return any item.

All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and have all tags still attached.
