To receive your gifts in time for the holidays, place your order:
- until 17 December with DHL (International)
- until 19 December before 1 p.m. for home delivery with Chronopost (mainland France)
- until 18 December for pickup points with Chronopost (mainland France)

- For orders placed outside mainland France, the return shipping costs are at your responsability.
- For orders placed during the Outlet (from 3 to 7 December 2025 inclusive) and from mainland France, the return shipping costs are at your responsability.
- For orders placed outside the Outlet period (before 3 December and after 7 December) and from mainland France, the return shipping costs are free of charge by Mondial Relay pick-up point.
RETURN TIMEFRAME & INFORMATION
You have 15 business days from the date your order is delivered to your home or picked up at a collection point to return any item.
All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and have all tags still attached.
