- For orders placed from metropolitan France and outside the Outlet period (before May 28 and after June 2, 2025), the return shipping costs are free of charge by Mondial Relay pick-up point.

- For orders placed from metropolitan France and during the Outlet (from May 28 to June 2, 2025 included), the return shipping costs are at your responsability.


RETURN TIMEFRAME & INFORMATION

You have 15 business days from the date your order is delivered to your home or picked up at a collection point to return any item.

All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and have all tags still attached.
